SWAA Open Day 14th August 2022!

Dear Members,

we are pleased to announce that our Open Day will be held on

Sunday 14 th August 2022 from 11am till 3pm.

This is our first Open Day since Covid and we will be inviting friends,

family and members of the public.

We are seeking donations for various stalls, Tombola, Raffle, Bottles,

Arts and Crafts and Produce. Also Plants, general garden goodies and

Home Baking.

A blind auction will take place featuring a painting and a ceramic

piece, created by local artists who are both members of SWAA.

In addition to the main stalls we will have activities for children, face

painting and a treasure hunt.

We will be serving a variety of hot and cold food, teas, coffees and

cold refreshments.

We are also toying with the idea of having a pre-owned rail/stall re-

cycling perfect chic items.

Please let a member of the committee know if you are able to

donate any items and we will arrange for collection.

We will also be looking for volunteers to assist on the day with

setting up and manning stalls.

As always we could not host these events without your valued

support and hope that you will be able to come along on the day.
